I joined the organisation in 2014 as a Deputy Manager in the Solihull service.

I was then supported and progressed to take over the service as the location’s Registered Manager.

Soon after, I applied for the vacancy for the Operations Manager position, covering our other locations in Walsall and Birmingham as well as Solihull, and was very pleased to have been offered the role to which I am still in today, with a view to progressing even further within the organisation ”
